About
Hey, I'm Mike
I started ShowMe Hikes in 2023 with my partner Jessie after being
bugged by mutual friends regarding our hiking adventures through Missouri. One of my memorable childhood trips was with my father as I carried a backpack the same size as me up to the top of Bell Mountain on an overnight camp. Hiking is an activity I've enjoyed for over 25 years as a means of connecting to nature, decompressing, and understanding the history of my home state.

We lead group hikes in both the Spring and Fall seasons of increasing length in order to appeal to both novice and experienced hikers alike. Join us for one hike or multiple as we provide a record of each area we visit as well as detail native plant and geology that make our region unique.
